(hereafter ADMINISTRATOR) for uses connected to the activities of www.MIMOSAnapoli.it and Services:

1.1 – for supplying assistance to the use of the Services and, in general, for the management of the Services;

1.2- to send communications relative to the use of the Services;

1.3- to send commercial communications concerning www.bayofexcellence.org and/or Services and the ADMINISTRATOR or third party activities, these only if already customers of the ADMINISTRATOR

2- Supplying some personal information is mandatory in order to use the services. The use of Services is considered as agreed with the acceptance of this Informative. The ADMINISTRATOR  reserves the right to stop the supply of services if it should result that the provided  information in untrue

3. If the user does not intend to allow the treatment and scopes indicated in the paragraphs 1.3, the refusal does not determine any consequence for the registration at www.bayofexcellence.org and for its contractual relation and the data provided will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes at paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2, which are closely related to the provision of Services

4- The personal data supplied by the user can be passed on exclusively to:

4.1-Public or private bodies for the fulfilment of the obligations in the contract, by the law or by Community legislation;

5- Art 7 of the decree: D. Lgs. 196/03 confers certain rights to the user  in relation to the treatment of personal data among which:

5.1-the right to know if there is any processing data that may relate to the user is provided for in art. 10 D. Lgs. 196-03 and may be applied by sending a request to the responsible of the treatment,

5.2-the right to obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data and their cancellation, transformation under anonymous form that is their blocking if they are treated under violation of law;

5.3-the right to refuse the processing provided with the objectives mentioned above only for legitimate reasons;

5.4-the right to refuse the processing of data for the purposes of commercial or promotional information, sending advertising material or carrying out market research

6—The ADMINISTRATOR is the holder of the data. For any communication you can write Consorzio Napoli Bay of Excellence, Via Partenope 37 D, 80121 Napoli, preferably by registered post with advice of delivery.
